Daytona Sunset Orange is the kind of color that makes people roll the windows down, turn the radio up, and take the long way home. This 2005 Chevrolet Corvette Targa is summer on four wheels, finished in one of the most eye-catching factory colors ever offered, paired perfectly with a black leather interior and the sleek body color removable targa top. Under the hood sits the legendary 6.0L LS2 V8 pushing out 400 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque through a smooth automatic transmission. 0-60 comes in around 4.2 seconds, but the real magic is the sound of that LS2 at full throttle with the roof panel off and the sun setting behind you. Inside, heated seats keep things comfortable for those late evening cruises, while the cockpit still feels every bit like the driver-focused sports car that made the C6 generation an instant classic. The timeless round Corvette taillights remind everyone behind you exactly what they are looking at. Pure American performance with styling that still turns heads over twenty years later. Best of all, this Corvette remains completely stock and untouched. No modifications, no questionable upgrades, just the way Chevrolet engineered it. A clean Canadian car with no accidents and the kind of originality enthusiasts are always searching for. Some cars are fast. Some cars are collectible. This one makes every drive feel like July.
